Chinese restaurants in the United States range from steam-table lunch counters to white-tablecloth Cantonese seafood halls, and most fall somewhere in between: a laminated menu, a lunch special board, and combo plates priced a few dollars below the dinner menu. Ordering by number off the menu is normal and speeds things up, especially at takeout counters. Family-style ordering, where a table shares several dishes with rice rather than each person getting an individual entree, is standard at sit-down spots and usually cheaper per person. Many neighborhood restaurants are cash-preferred or charge a small card fee, so it is worth asking or checking the door before you order. Delivery apps cover most areas, but calling the restaurant directly is often faster and avoids the markup.
Hours are published for 6 days a week. The most common schedule is 11 am–9 pm. Note that it does not open on Sunday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. You can reach Szechuan House at (513) 563-4211; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions. More information is available on its website, szechuanhouseoh.com.

Great food, great people.. good price. Small but excellent choices. Buffet is our favorite. Booths, comfortable seats and temperature. Saturday buffet is at 5:00 and no buffet at noon time Saturday. Weekday buffet at lunch. Great eggplant and green beans. You can eat healthy with the choices. Good for non buffet dinners too! You will enjoy!

The best part about our dinner was service. The waitress was very attentive. Hot and Sour Soup was not good at all. It seemed to have too much vinegar or otherwise weird sweetness in it. I only had 1 spoon. The waitress brought in another cup of different soup - a wonton soup. Wontons were good, but the "soup" literally tasted like water. So soups were a complete fail. The food was average, on per with an average AYCE buffet, except they half 1/3rd of the selection. Very small selection of food, lots of items that you are used to like General Tso's Chicken are missing from the menu. The dessert section is small. Overall, I would not visit again. We only went to this place because Google has a 4.1 rating on this, but I would not give it more then 2 stars.

We have eaten here twice now. Exceptional, friendly service both visits! We love their food. We had the buffet the first time, and it had a very nice selection and tasted good. This visit we ordered meals. I got the sesame chicken, and he got General Tso chicken. Fresh and hot. So delicious! And the cream cheese puffs were tasty also!

This is a cute Chinese restaurant, went during dinner so there was no buffet, that's at lunch only for those who don't know that already. The dinner servings were amazing though! Came on Wednesday night with just my husband and loved it so we brought the kids the next night. Not a big fan of the lo mein...the noodles are thicker than I'm used to, but everything else we had was awesome! The sesame chicken is my favorite!

Exceptionally fantastic buffet! The lunch buffet was better than a lot of takeout that I’ve had. They have a fairly restricted selection but it more than makes up for it in the quality of the food you’re getting. I was especially blown away by the black pepper chicken! I highly recommend. The parking lot is a little restrictive but the interior is spacious enough that you do not feel like you’re sitting with the table next to you. Very clean kept building inside. Food was all very fresh. Staff was very friendly. Due to limited selection, maybe not the best if you being picky eaters.
